Exchange or Cancellation

All of our products at the Betterflyllc Store are custom-made. If you wish to make changes to your order, kindly contact us as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information provided if it is not reported within 2 hours. Once the 2 hour window has passed, your order will have already entered production, and modifications will no longer be possible. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the correct style and size are selected during the purchase, as we do not accept returns or refunds in such cases.


Lost Orders

In the event that your order is lost during transit, we will promptly dispatch a replacement at our expense. A tracking number will be provided to determine if the order has been lost or delivered.


Mistakes in the Missing Address or Wrong Delivery Address


If there are any errors in the shipping address or if you have provided us with the wrong address, resulting in an unsuccessful delivery and subsequent return to us, please contact our customer support. We will assist in resolving the issue.


Return Policy or Replacement

Before shipping, all our products undergo a thorough quality control check. However, in the unlikely event that your package exhibits any of the following issues upon opening, please take a picture and email us directly with your order number:


The printed image is unclear.

The printed image is not centred on the shirt.

The package received does not match the order.

The item is damaged due to delivery (e.g., torn, dirty).

The order is incorrect in terms of size, colour, or style compared to the original order.

Other mistakes caused by us.


If your received product presents any of the above issues, please contact us via email or through our website, providing pictures of the errors along with your order number. Once we verify the issue, we will initiate a refund or replace the item accordingly.


Returns are only accepted if the item has not been used or washed and remains in the same condition as when received.


We are not responsible for sizing if it was made according to your request. However, if we ship the wrong size in comparison to your order, the above policy will be followed.


Refunds Policy

Refunds will be issued using the same credit card or original payment method used for the order. As a refund is a reversal of your payment, it will be processed in the same manner it was received. This method ensures a fast and secure way to return the refund to you.


Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.


Refund Issues: You will receive a full refund under the following circumstances:


Duplicate order: We will cancel and refund one of the duplicate orders for you.


Non-receipt of your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of a damaged/faulty item (see conditions in the Return Policy): We will prioritize replacement orders, and you will not be required to return the item(s). However, if you still prefer a refund, we will process a store credit or refund once we receive the returned item(s) from you.

How to Return Your Item(s):

Step 1:


Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days from the date your package was delivered.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. It must be in its original packaging, unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. All original sewn-in or hang tags must be intact.


To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).


Step 2:

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will send you an email notification acknowledging receipt. We will promptly review and approve or reject your refund request. The refund process may take some time to compare and discuss with our partner.


Your refund will be processed, and it may take 3-5 business days to complete once issued.


If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
